Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Luis Gutiérrez - avril 2021) : 92/100. The 2015 Côtes du Jura Chardonnay Sur Voile felt closed and took time to open up. It was produced with grapes from a warm and sunny year and matured for two to three years barrels that were not topped up, which delivered the classical aromas of spices and nuts. But in a warm year, the Chardonnay lacks the zip the Savagnin has and especially develops after aging under a veil of yeasts. It has notes of aromatic herbs and a medium-bodied palate that reveals a chalky texture and a dry finish. Drink date 2021-2028.
