The 2018 Pouilly-Fuissé Pierrefolle wafts from the glass with notes of buttered citrus, white flowers, toasted almond, honeycomb and subtle hints of nutmeg. Medium to full-bodied, layered and satiny with lively acids and a elegant, seamless profile, it's long and sapid, concluding with a saline finish.
