    Beautiful elegance, it is silky, it awakens all your taste buds and lingers beautifully, it accompanies the entirety of a meal, so much so that its balance complements the dishes rather than disrupts the tasting... but as an aperitif, perfect too, just the right amount of tension without loud acidity...
