The 2015 Riesling Grand Cru Brand includes the Kirchberg selection because Jean found the balance of the two wines more convincing than each part without the other. The 2015 assemblage opens with a clear, pure and transparent but intensely fruity bouquet with tropical (pineapple) fruit and flinty flavors. Full-bodied, intense and elegant yet pure and piquant, this is a rich, lush, concentrated and well-structured Brand with good tannin structure, lots of salt and a promising finish. Drink date 2022-2035.
