Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Neil Martin, oct. 2014) : The 2012 Pouilly-Vinzelles les Quarts comes from a selection of vines between 32 and 45 years old in Les Quarts and is one-third vinified in barrel. I tasted the wine twice, both blind and then later at the domaine. It has a bold and assertive bouquet with lovely ripe lemon, red apple and mineral scents that are very focused. The palate is nicely balanced with good acidity. The blind sample was missing a little substance toward the finish, although the second was more harmonious, decorated with orange peel and spice.
