Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Jeb Dunnuck, déc 2016): Starting off the reds and from the Southern Rhône, the 2015 Côtes Du Rhône Temps Est Venu comes from vines in the Plan de Dieu and Visan, and is mostly Grenache with smaller amounts of Syrah and Mourvèdre. It's vinified and aged all in concrete, and was bottled earlier this year. Spice, black raspberries, herbes de Provence and dried earth notes all emerge from this medium-bodied, supple, elegant red that has gorgeous sweetness of fruit and impeccable balance. It's a no-brainer purchase and will drink well for 4-5 years. Drink 2016-2021

Très bon mais attention, ce n'est pas un vin "léger" sur le fruit ! Il a du corps et du volume en bouche ;o)-

Possible de le boire immédiatement, ce que j'ai fait en partie, mais j'en ai gardé pour garder un ou 2 ans en cave. Je pense qu'à la prochaine dégustation j'ajouterai sans hésiter la dernière étoile. Trouver des bons petits vins est plus difficile que de trouver de bons grands vins. On dit que qu'en matière de rapport qualité/prix il est préférable d'acheter les grands vins dans des millésimes modestes et les petits vins les grandes années. Si on ajoute qu'il vaut mieux acheter un petit vin chez un grand vigneron. L'adage se vérifie deux fois pour "le temps est venu" 2015
