Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Neil Martin, août 2017) : 92/100. The 2015 Morgon Cote du Py has a seductive and very pure bouquet: dark plum, cold stone, light rose petal scents with violet emerging with time. This is just a lovely nose. The palate is well balanced with supple tannin, layers of slightly toasty red berry fruit laced with black pepper and a touch of ginger, leading to a dense but delineated, satisfying finish. This is just a super Côte du Py from Desvignes. Drink 2017-2027.
