Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Neil Martin, juin 2015): "The 2013 Clos Vougeot Vieilles Vignes, from vines planted in 1910 and matured in 100% new oak, has a very composed bouquet with pure blackberry, black plum and violet scents that neatly carry the new wood. The palate is medium-bodied with grippy black fruit on the entry?touches of cold stone, undergrowth, quite dense with a tightly wound finish. This is a notch above the Cuvée Classique '13 with a tad more precision and attack."
