Possessing a Cote Rotie like bouquet of raspberries, olives, flowers and spice, the 2014 Languedoc Pic Saint Loup Ste Agnes is medium-bodied, elegant and silky on the palate, with fine tannin and a hard-to-resist style. Northern Rhone lovers should check this out! The blend is 40% Syrah, 40% Grenache and the balance Mourvèdre and Carignan, only partially destemmed and aged in foudre and barrel. Drink date 2017-2022.
