Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (William Kelley, aôut 2018) : 91-93+/100. The 2017 Chablis 1er Cru Vaulorent was fermented and matured entirely in stainless steel this year, and it's one of the stars of the portfolio, wafting from the glass with notes of mandarin oil, green apple and oystershell. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, pure and ample, with an elegantly satiny attack, a deep core of fruit and a precise, stony finish.
