Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Neil Martin, août 2017) : 92/100. The 2015 Chablis Grand Cru Vaudesir has a bright, vivid bouquet with limestone and dew-speckled Granny Smith apple scents which is quite intense and conveys a sense of energy. The palate is fresh, crisp and quite saline in the mouth with a hint of dried honey developing toward the finish. The more you are acquainted with this wine, the spicier it feels, delivering a light tang of marmalade on the finish. This is a fine Vaudésir, although watch out for the impressive 2016 hot on its heels. Drink date 2020-2038.
