The 2010 Coteaux du Languedoc Pic Saint Loup Simon offers up a sweet bouquet of red and black fruits, salted beef, iron and tinges of flowers to go with a medium to full-bodied, seamless and nicely textured profile on the palate. Possessing juicy acidity, fine tannin and outstanding length, it will have 12-15 years of longevity.
